How the Wine Club Works
As a Wine Club Member, you will receive 2 bottle of Salado Creek Winery wine, 4 times a year. The Wine Club Department will process your credit card $50 (plus sales tax where applicable) for each shipment. You may either pick up your wine at the winery or have it shipped directly to you. Please note, if we ship your package we will add a charge for shipping and handling will be added. A daytime address with someone 21 or over available to sign for the delivery is required.

Salado Creek Wine Club Members Enjoy the Following Benefits:
• 2 bottles of wine of specially selected Salado Creek Winery wines, shipped directly to you 4 times a year.
• 2 logo wine glasses.
• 20% discount on all wines purchased at the winery or from our Online Store.
• 15% discount on all items sold in our winery or from our Online Store.
• 10% discount on any menu items in our winery for your entire party.
• Complimentary wine tasting for you and one guest during each visit to the winery, per day.
* Please bring a form of identification with you each time you visit.
• Be a guest at Wine Club Member - only events.
• Priority reservations at our Tejas Winery Tour events, concerts, and holiday parties, including our annual Grape Stomp Festival.
The Fine Print
Please notify us promptly of any address changes before wine is billed to avoid misdirected wine shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to change or amend the Wine Club at any time.
• You may cancel your membership at any time after you have accepted your fourth automatic Wine Club shipment.
• Memberships are billed on the 1st or 2nd of the billing month. Any cancellations must be processed before the 1st of the shipment month to avoid being charged for the shipment. Cancellations processed on the 1st or after will take effect after the shipment is received.
• You may cancel by filling out a Membership Change Form, calling the Wine Club Department directly at (254) 947-9000 or mailing your request to: Salado Creek Winery & Vineyard, P.O. Box 943, Salado TX 76571.
• Cancellations are processed the day they are received.
• Our Winemaker handpicks exclusive wines to be included in our Wine Club shipments. While we ensure your shipment will include the wines chosen during their featured month, wine quantities are limited. If your wine is picked up or shipped after the last day of pickup and the wine is sold out, we will gladly replace it with another wine of equal or greater value.
• Salado Creek Winery & Vineyard is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for the Salado Creek Winery and will not be sold or shared with anyone.
• Wine Club Memberships are void where prohibited.
• Although you may have selected the 'pick up' option, if your wines are not picked up or placed on hold by the last official day of pick up, your shipment will be shipped and a shipping and handling charge will be applied to your membership. Wine Club Shipping Policy
• All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 business days to process your order before shipping.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm CST are processed the following business day.
• Delivery of the package depends on the distance from our winery and the day the order was received.
• All orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.
• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless expedited shipping is specified.
• We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time.
• UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine.
• All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 years of age or older). UPS will not leave such packages on the doorstep, even if the recipient has requested this.
• UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Salado Creek Winery. Salado Creek Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges.
• If a package returns, please contact the Wine Club and Online Store Department at their direct line, 254-947-9000. A re-shipping fee will be applied to all orders that are sent back out.
• Shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly for orders over 1 case, 12 bottles or 36lbs. Shipping rates vary.
